A two or three-story villa spreads the system across floors, outdoor areas and sometimes a home theater. The rack goes in a ventilated service room. If the house is under construction, we coordinate with your architect, site manager and electrician, and deliver as-built drawings.
Smart homes in new constructionApartment or penthouse
In a tower the technical space is smaller and the work depends on the building rules. The rack can go in a ventilated closet, and wireless lighting avoids work on slabs and ceilings. Check work hours and access for the technical crew with building management first.

What happens to the system during a power cut?
The rack UPS keeps the network, controller, cameras and access control running for a limited time, depending on the battery and the connected load. Backing up the whole house takes a generator or a battery bank sized by an electrician. If you are considering a generator, keep in mind that in some communities the internal rules limit generators because of noise; it is worth checking them with the administration.
