What is the difference between a certified and non-certified integrator?
A certified Control4 integrator has access to the manufacturer support portal, can update firmware and has manufacturer technical training. An uncertified installer does not have that access.
Does Control4 work without internet?
Yes. Control4 operates on a local network (LAN), so most functions work without internet. Internet connection is only needed for remote access from outside the home.
Can I add devices to my existing Control4 system?
Absolutely. Control4 is scalable. We can expand your existing system with new zones, devices or integrations at any time.
How long does it take to install Control4?
It depends on the project. A typical residential installation takes between 3 and 10 days of technical work, plus design and pre-programming time.
Does DomuLab provide post-installation support?
Yes. Every project includes technical assistance during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00) and remote diagnostics when the system allows it. DomuLab Care adds preventive visits.
